Welcome Package Details

1. 1. Welcome Package consists of:

      - 1-year Business Plan subscription
      - Live-selling Starter Pack
      - 30 Eco-Packs

      Users are only entitled to 1 Welcome Package each. Requests for multiple Welcome Packages will not be entertained even if different email addresses are used to sign up for various businesses.

   2. Live-selling Starter Pack:

      (1x) 2-in-1 LED Ring Light and Tripod Stand
      (1x) Marketing Blast
      (1x) Access to Partnered Studios at Preferential Booking Rates

      The Approved User understands that OtterLive will not guarantee the quality of 2-in-1 LED Ring Light and Tripod Stand. OtterLive will not guarantee that item arrives safely to the Approved User’s provided mailing address. Should the item become lost or damaged, OtterLive will not be responsible for providing a replacement.

      The Marketing Blast consists of OtterLive sharing the Approved User’s first live-sell with OtterLive, on OtterLive’s Facebook Page.

      OtterLive will only provide the Approved User with access to preferential booking rates at studios of its partners. OtterLive does not guarantee booking availability, whether at original rates or at preferential rates.

   3. Eco-Packs:

      OtterLive has partnered with Ninja Logistics Pte. Ltd. (“Ninja”) in a special promotion to provide new users with a total number of 30 Eco-Packs to help kickstart their live-selling journey with OtterLive.

      By signing up with OtterLive, the Approved User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below:

      (a) Eco-Packs will be given out to the Approved User in tiers. The Approved User will receive 5 eco-packs after the 1st OtterLive livestream, 10 eco-packs after the 2nd OtterLive livestream, and 15 eco-packs after the 3rd OtterLive livestream.

      (b) If the Approved User is found to be holding multiple accounts, OtterLive reserves the right to invalidate all remaining unused eco-packs still currently in the possession of the Approved User.

      (c) OtterLive reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. OtterLive’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding.
